Instead Orange Uganda silently turned on Free Facebook at 0.facebook.com or what is commonly known as Facebook Zero a couple of months ago. All you have to do is open 0.facebook.com on your phone or computer browser and you’ll get Free interent whether or not you have data. Airtel Uganda too has Facebook for free which I confirmed through their Twitter handle.
