The objective Mark Zuckerberg aims to achieve with this is to create the largest ecosystem of interactive users. Once this integration occurs, over 4 billion users can operate under the Facebook-WhatsApp-Instagram umbrella. End-to-end encryption, which is the watchword for some of the company’s services, will be deployed to facilitate the privacy of information shared on one-on-one chats on these platforms. Encrypted conversations will only be seen by the sender and the recipient of such messages. From a business angle, this enables the precision of the targeted ads promotion due to collection of more user data, sic more funds for Mark.
